What's On Board Largo Buses
Party buses in the 15- to 50-passenger range typically come loaded with wraparound perimeter seating, a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound — the full setup for a night on Clearwater Beach or a run to a Rays playoff game. Minibuses are the right call for wedding guest shuttles, corporate hops along Ulmerton Road, and school field trip runs, with reclining seats, overhead storage, and climate control that Florida's summer heat makes non-negotiable. Full-size charter buses add onboard restrooms and undercarriage luggage bays, which is exactly what a group heading to Tampa International with checked bags actually needs.
Amenities vary by bus and company, but comparing options through this website makes finding the right match fast and easy.

Largo Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a group through check-in, security, and baggage claim is already a project — parking and traffic on Ulmerton Road and US-19 shouldn't be added to the stress. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) (14700 Terminal Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762) sits practically on Largo's eastern edge, just off the Ulmerton Road corridor, making it one of the most convenient airport runs available to Largo groups. Ground transportation at PIE picks up curbside at the arrivals level just outside baggage claim — have your group assembled with bags at the curb before contacting the bus, so the pickup is coordinated and smooth.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 23 miles east via Ulmerton Road to I-275 north, and those routes get slow fast during morning and late-afternoon rush hours. A Largo airport shuttle with undercarriage luggage bays keeps every bag with every person and drops the group curbside at departures — no hunting for metered parking in the garage, no splitting the group across separate rideshares with different bags in different cars. Call 863-343-9960 to set up your airport run today!

Largo Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Clearwater Beach is one of the top bachelorette destinations on Florida's Gulf Coast — and for good reason. The strip along South Gulfview Boulevard runs late, Pier 60 draws crowds every evening, and there's no shortage of bars and beach clubs along Mandalay Avenue. The catch is the access.
Clearwater Beach sits on a barrier island reached only via the Clearwater Memorial Causeway (SR 60), and on a Friday or Saturday night during season, the causeway backs up significantly in both directions. Parking garages near Pier 60 fill by mid-afternoon in summer, and late-night rideshare demand spikes hard after 11 PM with surge pricing to match.
A Largo bachelorette party bus with a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound means the celebration starts the moment everyone boards — no sober volunteer, no splitting into multiple rideshares, no scrambling for a car at 1 AM on a packed beach island. For groups looking to extend the night to Tampa, check out the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa guide for the casino run. Call 863-343-9960 to put together your night!

Largo Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival makes a statement for any milestone birthday — but for a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, the grand entrance is the kind of moment that gets talked about for years. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available, and you can request specific exterior colors to match your event theme. Whether the celebration is heading to a Clearwater banquet hall, a waterfront restaurant on Gulf Boulevard in Treasure Island, or a beach park along the Pinellas barrier island chain, the bus keeps the whole crew together and the energy running from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
For adult milestone birthdays — 30s, 40s, 50s — a night starting with dinner along Beach Drive in downtown St. Pete (the Vinoy Park area draws groups for the waterfront views) and finishing late at a Ybor City bar is completely doable on a party bus with no one watching the clock. For a Lakeland day trip, Bonnet Springs Park is a standout private-event destination less than an hour east on I-4. Use the online quote tool to check availability, or call 863-343-9960 to talk through a custom route!

Largo Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Ruth Eckerd Hall (1111 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL 34619) is about 10 miles northeast of central Largo and is the marquee performing arts venue in Pinellas County — a 2,180-seat theater pulling touring pop acts, Broadway shows, comedy headliners, and symphony performances throughout the year. The venue has its own adjacent parking lot, but after a sold-out show, that lot backs up onto McMullen Booth Road in both directions, and the exit process can stretch 30–45 minutes. US-19 heading back toward Largo isn't much better after 10 PM on a Friday or Saturday night.
A Largo concert party bus skips all of that — the bus drops your group at the entrance, everyone walks in together, and when the final curtain falls, you load up and leave while the parking lot is still gridlocked. For bigger shows at Amalie Arena in Tampa (401 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602), the run across the Howard Frankland Bridge is about 28 miles each way and is easily handled by a charter bus with Bluetooth sound and enough room for the whole crew to pregame the ride. Compare options and call 863-343-9960 to get started!

Largo Corporate Event Transportation
Largo's commercial spine runs along Ulmerton Road (SR 688) and US-19 — a corridor that carries significant traffic volume and backs up regularly between the I-275 interchange and the coast, especially during morning and afternoon commute windows. Shuttling a team between a Largo office campus and a conference venue in St. Petersburg or a hotel in Clearwater in separate vehicles means everyone sits in the same congestion in their own cars, which doesn't improve morale before a client meeting.
A Largo corporate event shuttle consolidates the group for runs between area properties, the Pinellas County Government Complex (315 Court St, Clearwater, FL 33756), or convention facilities along the Gulf-to-Bay corridor. A minibus handles mid-size teams cleanly, while a 14-passenger Sprinter limo brings the polished look for executive transfers without the full-size vehicle. Recurring employee shuttle options are available for daily commuting needs — call 863-343-9960 to discuss rates and scheduling!

Largo Private Event Transportation Services
From family reunions at Walsingham Regional Park to church retreats, graduation parties, and group outings to Clearwater Marine Aquarium (249 Windward Passage, Clearwater, FL 33767), a private event shuttle in Largo keeps your itinerary moving without the caravan of separate cars. Walsingham Park is one of the largest recreational areas in Pinellas County, with pavilion rentals, lake access, and nature trails — a great setting for large group events, and a bus keeps everyone arriving together instead of staggering in across an hour from different parking spots.
Gulf-front festivals and Indian Rocks Beach Area events along the barrier island draw crowds to two-lane roads with nowhere near enough parking. A charter bus or party bus drops the group at the entrance, stages off-site, and brings everyone back on your timeline — no scramble for rideshares when the event wraps. For spring training day trips, the Tigers spring training guide covers the run east to Lakeland for those looking to extend the itinerary.

Largo Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Pinellas County's prom season runs late April through May, with high schools across the county — Largo High School, Dunedin High, Clearwater High, East Lake High, and others — scheduling within a roughly 5-week window. Bus availability across Pinellas County gets thin fast once spring arrives, and that's not a figure of speech. For prom: book by January or expect higher pricing and very limited availability.
A typical 6-hour Largo prom party bus rental covering school pickup, a photo stop at Clearwater Beach or Walsingham Park, venue drop-off at a waterfront hotel ballroom, and a post-prom return might run $1,700–$2,100 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months early, but $2,600–$3,400+ booked two weeks out — that gap is real and documented every spring. Compare options through the site, nail down your date early, and call 863-343-9960 to get started before the season fills!

Largo School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones appreciate Lakelandpartybuscompany.com for field trip transportation because comparing buses and pricing is quick, and help is just a phone call away to plan the day. Largo-area schools have excellent local destinations within a short ride: Clearwater Marine Aquarium (249 Windward Passage, Clearwater, FL 33767) — home to Winter the dolphin — is about 8 miles north and requires advance group reservations for parties of 15 or more. The Florida Botanical Gardens at Pinewood Cultural Park (12520 Ulmerton Rd, Largo, FL 33774) is practically in Largo's backyard and has no admission fee for students visiting on a weekday.
A Largo school field trip bus with TVs and a PA system keeps younger students settled on the ride and gives chaperones a working mic for group instructions. ADA-accessible buses are available — just mention it when you request your quote. Charter buses with onboard restrooms make longer runs, like the Florida Aquarium in Tampa (701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602), far more manageable for a group that includes young kids.
Call 863-343-9960 to get started!

Largo Sporting Event Transportation
Tampa Bay Rays fans heading to Tropicana Field (1 Tropicana Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33705) from Largo are looking at about 12–15 miles south on US-19 through Pinellas County into downtown St. Pete. The stadium's surrounding lots fill fast for sold-out games, and the post-game exit from the garage structures and surface lots is notoriously slow as the full crowd tries to leave at once. Rideshare pickup after a Friday night game means surge pricing and a wait in a zone with thousands of fans doing the same thing simultaneously.
A Largo sporting event bus takes the whole crew down together, handles the pregame, and is at the agreed pickup point after the final out while the lots are still backing up. Phillies spring training at BayCare Ballpark (601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765) — just a few miles from Largo — is another great option for a laid-back afternoon game; a minibus keeps a smaller fan group together without anyone circling residential streets looking for overflow parking. Check the official Rays parking and transportation page for parking logistics, and call 863-343-9960 to plan your game-day trip!

Largo Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A beach wedding at Indian Rocks Beach or a waterfront reception in Belleair Bluffs means guests are navigating two-lane barrier island roads and competing for limited metered and lot parking spaces. On a Saturday evening during season, Gulf Boulevard backs up for long stretches with no realistic bypass, and guests arriving without a plan can end up walking several blocks in formal attire. Out-of-town guests unfamiliar with the Pinellas beach road network will find the last-mile navigation genuinely confusing after dark.
A Largo wedding shuttle runs a clean loop from the hotel block — there are hotel clusters along US-19 and near PIE Airport — straight to the ceremony venue and reception site, keeping the timeline tight and eliminating the guesswork for guests from out of state. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the ideal bridal party vehicle for the wedding day itself. Wedding transportation quotes come with clear pickup windows and pricing shown up front, so there's nothing left to guess between the first quote and the final drop-off.
Call 863-343-9960 to plan your wedding transportation!

Largo Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Pinellas County's craft beer scene has earned serious national attention, and doing a bar crawl the right way means not asking anyone in the group to be the sober person for the evening. Dunedin, just 10 miles north, is home to Dunedin Brewery (937 Douglas Ave, Dunedin, FL 34698), one of Florida's longest-running craft breweries, and Seventh Sun Brewery (1012 Broadway, Dunedin, FL 34698) is steps away. The small-batch scene continues south through Clearwater and into St. Pete, where the Gulp Coast Craft Beer Trail connects nearly 50 local breweries across the county.
A Largo pub crawl party bus keeps the whole group together from the first brewery to the last stop, handles the route between towns, and eliminates any conversation about who can still drive home. Everyone shares every stop, the night stays together, and no one ends up in an expensive rideshare at the wrong end of Dunedin at midnight. Call 863-343-9960 to set up your Pinellas craft beer tour!

How much does a party bus cost in Largo?
Pricing in Largo varies by vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $185–$360/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $225–$400/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $270–$470/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$280/hour or $1,100–$2,300/day. The fastest way to get an accurate number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 863-343-9960 — pricing comes back in under 30 seconds.
Check the Largo party bus prices page for more detail.
Can a party bus take my group to Clearwater Beach?
Yes — and it's by far the easiest way to handle Clearwater Beach on a weekend night. Parking on the island fills fast, meters along South Gulfview Boulevard are gone well before sunset, and the garages near Pier 60 charge by the hour with rates that add up quickly for a long night out. The bus drops your group at the beach, stages off-site while you're there, and picks everyone up when you're ready — no parking fees, no lot closures, no staggered rideshare pickups after midnight.
Call 863-343-9960 to get your beach night set up!
Is St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) easy to access from Largo?
PIE is practically right next door — the airport sits off Ulmerton Road just east of central Largo, making it a very short run for most Largo-area groups. Ground transportation picks up curbside on the arrivals level after baggage claim. For larger groups with significant luggage, a charter bus with undercarriage storage handles the load without anyone making multiple vehicle trips.
For carriers not served at PIE, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 23 miles east on Ulmerton Road to I-275 north. Call 863-343-9960 to set up either airport run.
What size bus should I book for a prom group?
For most Largo-area prom groups, a 25- to 40-passenger party bus is the most popular range — large enough for a full friend group with room to move around, manageable enough for neighborhood pickup routes. A 25-passenger party bus works well for a tighter crew, while a 40- to 50-passenger bus fits a larger class trip. Book by January to get the best pricing and the widest vehicle selection — Pinellas County prom season fills out fast and the gap between early pricing and last-minute pricing is significant.
Popular Largo Party Bus Destinations
Largo sits at the heart of Pinellas County with beaches, stadiums, performing arts venues, and airports all within easy reach. Here's a look at the destinations Largo groups travel to most often — with the local logistics that make a bus rental the obvious call at each one.

Clearwater Beach
Clearwater Beach is consistently ranked among the best beaches on the Gulf Coast, about 8–10 miles west of central Largo via Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard across the Clearwater Memorial Causeway (SR 60). The beach draws enormous crowds in season — and the parking situation is one of the most-discussed frustrations in all of Pinellas County. The Pier 60 parking garage fills by early afternoon on summer weekends, meters along South Gulfview Boulevard disappear well before sunset, and the causeway itself backs up outbound beach traffic starting around 4 PM.
A party bus drops your group at the beach, handles the wait off-site, and picks everyone up on your schedule — no meter running, no lot closures, no choosing between the last parking spot and keeping up with the group. Beachside bars and restaurants along Mandalay Avenue and Coronado Drive keep groups busy well into the evening, and having the bus waiting means the night ends on your terms. This is one of the top private event and bachelorette destinations for Largo groups.
Access: Clearwater Memorial Causeway (SR 60), Clearwater Beach, FL 33767

Ruth Eckerd Hall
Ruth Eckerd Hall (1111 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL 34619) is a 2,180-seat performing arts venue about 10 miles northeast of central Largo that hosts touring pop acts, Broadway productions, comedy headliners, and classical performances throughout the year. The venue's own adjacent parking lot is the primary option for most concert-goers, but after a sold-out show there's one main exit route from that lot onto McMullen Booth Road, and the backup it creates can run 30–45 minutes before traffic clears. Rideshare pickup in Clearwater after a late show means competing in a queue with hundreds of other concertgoers doing the same thing, with surge pricing predictably high on weekend nights.
A concert bus from Largo lets the whole group pre-game the ride over, arrive together, and leave immediately after the final song — no parking wait, no lot backup, no surge pricing math at the end of the night. Call 863-343-9960 for availability on your show date.
Address: 1111 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL 34619 Phone: (727) 791-7400

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) sits at 14700 Terminal Blvd right at the Largo-Clearwater border, accessed directly via Ulmerton Road (SR 688) — making it the closest commercial airport to most of Largo. PIE serves leisure travelers on carriers including Allegiant, Breeze, and Frontier, with nonstop routes to cities across the Northeast and Midwest. Ground transportation pickup is curbside at the arrivals level outside baggage claim.
Have the full group assembled with bags at the curb before contacting the bus, so the pickup is coordinated and quick — curbside space at PIE is active and the lane keeps moving. For Largo groups flying in for events — spring training, beach weekends, family gatherings — a bus or van from PIE avoids the cell-phone-lot shuffle and keeps the group together from wheels-down to the hotel. For international flights or airlines not served at PIE, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 23 miles east on Ulmerton to I-275 north.
Call 863-343-9960 to set up your airport pickup or drop-off.
Address: 14700 Terminal Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762 Phone: (727) 453-7800

Tropicana Field
Tropicana Field (1 Tropicana Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33705) is home to the Tampa Bay Rays and sits about 12–15 miles south of central Largo via US-19 south into downtown St. Pete. The stadium has several surrounding lots, but the best spots fill early for sold-out or rivalry games, and the post-game exit is well-known for being slow — the surface lots and adjacent garage structures release several thousand vehicles into the same downtown St. Pete street grid at once. The official Rays parking and transportation page covers public transit options via PSTA, but for a Largo group coming from the other end of the county, the round trip on a dedicated bus is dramatically simpler.
The bus handles the US-19 run south, drops the group near the stadium, and is at the agreed pickup point after the final out while the lots are still backed up. Call 863-343-9960 for game-day transportation from Largo.
Address: 1 Tropicana Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33705 Phone: (727) 825-3137

BayCare Ballpark (Phillies Spring Training)
BayCare Ballpark (601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765) is the Philadelphia Phillies' spring training home, sitting just a few miles northeast of central Largo near the US-19 and SR 590 interchange in Clearwater. Spring training runs late February through late March, and afternoon games draw steady crowds from across the Tampa Bay area — including significant numbers of Phillies fans who travel south from the Northeast for early-season baseball in the Florida sunshine. The ballpark has its own lot, but popular matchups fill it fast, and the residential streets immediately adjacent to the park are not an overflow solution — they get clogged with fans and parking enforcement steps up accordingly.
A Largo sporting event bus for a BayCare Ballpark game is a short, simple run — the bus drops your group near the main entrance and picks everyone up after the final out, with no parking scramble at either end. Spring training games book quickly, and so do the buses. Call 863-343-9960 early to get started!
Address: 601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765 Phone: (727) 442-8496

Indian Rocks Beach
Indian Rocks Beach is one of the quieter barrier island communities in Pinellas County, about 4–6 miles west of central Largo via Indian Rocks Road, with Gulf Boulevard running the length of the beach. The strip draws groups for casual beach days, sunset dinners, and private events at restaurants along the Gulf. Gulf Boulevard is two lanes for most of its run through Indian Rocks Beach with no parallel bypass — when beach traffic backs up, it backs up completely, and the residential side streets are posted no-through-traffic.
Street parking along Gulf Boulevard fills by mid-morning on summer weekends, and the public beach access lots are small. A party bus or minibus drops the group at a beach access point or a specific restaurant along the strip, stages nearby, and brings everyone back on a set schedule rather than whoever drove finding their car in the dark at the end of the night. For wedding shuttles between Indian Rocks Beach ceremony sites and reception venues, a minibus running a timed guest loop is the cleanest solution available.
